At the tender age of twelve was when I began doing Kundalini Yoga with my mom Julieanne. At first I thought it was going to be a complete waste of time but two weeks later I had a severe premenstrual cramp (I hadn’t started my cycle yet) after doing Kundalini and eating. I was laying on the floor almost crying from the pain (I don’t cry easily) of the cramp. Finally I decided to try some Kundalini yoga and just by doing a few of the exercises I had gotten rid of my cramp completely.
