Ganga, I also remember you during our 6 months at Ahimsa and nearby family ashram in Washington DC, where I was somewhat involved in the Drug Rehab Program. Must have been in winter 1971, right after our 6 months with Vikram Singh in London, where Yogi Bhajan sent us, after some experiences resulting from months of practice in a small village in France. The day we arrived it had been snowing heavily. After Washington, maybe June 1972, we went to France for the birth of our son Gyan-akal and then on to Phoenix with Baba Don 6 months, Tucson with Sat Nam Singh 6 months, Pomona with Gurucharan 6 months and then LA at the Adi Shakti Ashram, then back to the east coast where I started teaching KY classes. We stayed in Washington DC with my wife working at the Golden Temple Restaurant. Guru Ganesh Singh remembers. I also remember the number of songs that Peter Singh translated. Guru Ganesh and I sang them to Snatam Kaur, when they visitied Bangkok on their World Tour some time back. I remember the vary powerful sets and Kriyas that Larry Singh used to teach, and still teach them occasionally in classes here in BKK. Pieter

Dearest Ganga,
I love your story it brings a lot of memories back. I certainly remember you when I first came to Washington in 1973 were I first meet SSS. at Mary Mount College were Gurubachan Singh & I did our first Trantic. You were always shinning & wore beautiful Saris, You were an inspiration to many. I always wanted to wear a Sari but I never had the money for one & then everyone started wearing turbans & churidas which I hated & I was never able to wear a beautiful Sari. This year I bought two beautiful Saris when I was in India that my daughter & son forsed me to buy & I was thinking how I used to admire you & how beautiful the Saris looked on you, I do not know when I will wear them but I know I have them. That was also the first time I meet Sat Simran & I loved her right away.
I hope to see you some time in New Mexico again, you know you always have a home here.
Many Blessings
Dearest Ganga,
thank you for transporting me back to Phyllis Avenue. I had the blessing of serving and living in that house in 1971 after we returned from our first trip to india and you had moved to Washington. always hugs and kisses to you. Keep writing--you have so much to share, a great talent for telling the story, and such a wonderful perspective.
with love and prayers, satsimran

I am so excited. I remember meeting Ganga Bhajan back in 77-78 and have never forgotten her grace and beauty. You used to sing a punjabi poem "Sikh kahavan vale Sikho", I don't know if you remember but I still remember hearing you sing this at the Gurudwara in NY. I was in California some years back and tried to find if you were around so I am thrilled you are well.
Wishing you the best.

Dear sweet Ganga ji, how happy I am to see you are still here, still available to us in some way! I hope you'll send me a message, I'd love to be in touch with you. I heard you were at SSSji's memorial in NM but not until afterward, and I was so sorry not to have gotten to see you and give you a big hug for the Ahimsa days where I was blessed to be with you.

Hope you are well; thank you for writing of your earliest days with SSSji!

Love,
Gurukarm Kaur

Hi Ganga - I love your last line "it doesn't matter what you are doing so much as it does with what you are doing it. When you do it with the heart, it all becomes love".
I do remember you from the early days... your strong and clear energy. thanks for writing down the memories of those days
(I lived at Hargobind Sadan/ Banana Ananda in San Rafael)
