Tarun Ji, there are wonderful videos on SIkhnet.com that have inspired and helped so many people to walk this path, live this Dharma, with more devotion and understanding. Here are a couple links/urls. This first one is a video of Guruka Singh Khalsa talking about waking up in the amrit vela (how to do it!) to meditate. THe next is a url to the entire listing of videos posted. They are mostly pretty short (about 5 minutes). (If the link does not work for you, copy and paste the url into your browser.)

http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=qR6LJS0qSu4 - Waking Up

http://www.youtube.com/profile_videos?p=r&user=gmustuk&page=1 - Video library

God is one and Gurugranth sahib is our Guru. He is in the form of GuruNanak dev. We all are sikh but i am not living my life according to shabd of Gurugranth Sahib.("Guru Satguru ka jo sikh akhawe so bhalke uth har naam dhiave........). How can i change myself because i have devote all of the things to my Guru. He says " Hukam rajha chalna Nanak likhya naal".
