Gurujodha is a brave man. To ask someone to marry you in the first words past between eachother. Truly great.

I would be lying if i said, i didnt need advice from Gurujodha. I find myself in a somewhat similiar situation. Would be great to hear it from Gurujodha's point of view.

Regards from a sunny England

Sat Nam, Siri Ved Kaur ji, A few years ago, we were chatting at the Baisakhi picnic in LA and I think it was then you mentioned that you and some of the other ladies were putting your stories down into some memorable form...I have been tuning in since then, waiting for a chance to hear and share. It's wonderful to see them now, so precious, touching and historical...the legacy continues to unfold. All blessings,

Siri Ved Kaur, This is the first time I've visited this website and I read the sweet story of your coming together with Gurujodha Singh. I remember 18years ago, I was in LA and you and I were cleaning the living room at Dr. Alan's house - you told me the same story then - I still remember it. It was great to hear it again. So good to hear the success stories. Many blessings to you and Gurujodha, Mata Mandir Kaur

I love reading your stories. I remember reading one about your experience in India when the Siri Singh Sahib went to present the special sword in the Anandpur Sahib Gurdwara - that was so impactful. When I read all these stories my heart is so opened and so touched. Thank you all for sharing these stories, and contributing to the recording of the history of Sikh Dharma in the west.
Blessings,
Darshan Kaur

Thank you Hari Simran. This is exactly our hope in sharing our stories, that they might resonate with others to uplift and inspire. Everything is always perfect, as difficult as that may be to see sometimes. Learn your lessons with gratitude and move onward and upward! Sending you love and light... svk

Sat Nam,
I just happened to read your story, and it was absolutely the most perfect story for me to read at this moment. I am in somewhat of a similar situation as you were at the beginning of your story. It has been almost 2 years since I broke up with someone I thought I was very in love with, and I have been down in the dumps and forlorn about the lack of any male company or prospects in the time that has passed since. Reading your story just filled my heart and opened my soul to the possibility of joy and love returning. Your story has brought me hope again. And I think that I am going to start doing sadhana again!

Entire Gurbani is written in a female perspective where God is considered as our beloved of our soul. If we truly love God then there is no match. .

Sisters need to realize that females are actually very close to God than men are and there are lot of reasons. God created the creation and the females are the first channel from whom men came into existence. I can go on for forever....

I think Yogi ji meant also Love Guruji as if you would love your earthly soul mate.

I loved the part where Yogi Bhajan said that you should have Guru Ram Das as your boyfriend & that Guru Ram Das can give you hugs like you wouldn't believe :)

All the best to you, and thanks for sharing!
