we celebrate births, and we forget death, the ultimate reality. but the moment we remind ourselves of our death, the ultimate fate of our physical self, which we at times are so proud of, our mind and soul are left spell-bound. with the realization of the end of our life, we abstain from thinking/doing the bad. it brings peace to the soul and mind, and purifies our heart.
if we want to become fully aware of Akaal, we should first realize our kaal i.e our end
